Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of vintage items, orders are not eligible for return or refund and all our sales are final.

 

Ekiztas Collection is not responsible for any damage that ensues from incorrect use or care of the products. To prolong your item's life, please check our Wear & Care section

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the parcel is left unclaimed, the customer will be charged again for the delivery. Ekiztas Collection is not responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels.
