Due to the unique and delicate nature of vintage, our pieces will have slight imperfections and it is important to handle them with care.

Please note, Ekiztas Collection is not the manufacturer of any of the items – while we try to provide the most accurate description of the metals, there might be discrepancies. We also make sure the pictures shown on the website accurately present the products in their true condition. However, due to lighting or screen resolution, there might be slight differences in colours.

Your vintage piece might have been plated, washed or flashed with gold. These finishes might naturally age or fade over time, depending on their fineness and care. Likewise, sterling silver will naturally tarnish and will need polishing. Your watch should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. They should not be worn while swimming, bathing, exercising or sleeping to ensure protection. Watches should not be put in contact with chemicals, including: perfume, hair spray, chlorine, detergents, creams etc.

To clean your jewellery or watch, we advice the use of a soft cloth which is given with all orders. Please be aware that any vigorous scrubbing might be harmful for plated items. 

All our watches are checked for operation and timekeeping before sale. However, due to vintage and pre-loved items' nature, they cannot be guaranteed to maintain functionality or regular timekeeping as this depends on a number of factors including age, quality of the movement and conditions of use of the particular watch.
