Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of vintage items, orders are not eligible for return or refund and all of our sales are final. Watches which are advertised as working, will be double tested prior to shipment and be installed with a new battery to meet our Satisfaction guarantee.
Non-working watches are clearly advertised within the product description, therefore we urge customers to be aware of what they are purchasing before committing to avoid disputes.
Ekiztas Collection is not responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels.
Ekiztas Collection is not responsible for any damage that ensues from incorrect use or care of the products. Items are shipped in the condition pictured and described within the product listing. Once they are shipped, we are no responsible. To prolong your item's life, please check our Wear & Care section!
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the parcel is left unclaimed, the customer will be charged again for the delivery.

Taxes & Customs Fees for INTERNATIONAL customers.
International orders over a certain value may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that we are not responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Parcels which are not accepted by the customer upon delivery, missed deliveries and/or if the parcel is left unclaimed, it will be returned to Ekiztas Collection, where we will contact you to reschedule a new delivery. This will be at the expense of the customer, and a new shipping label will need to be paid for (£15).
Equally, If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer will be charged again for the delivery.

UK - Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery): £8 (Recommended for high value orders)
International - Tracked & Signed (10-24 Days Delivery): £15
Ekiztas Collection ships worldwide from UK, 1-2 business days upon confirmation of your order, through Royal Mail services. You will receive an email with a tracking number after the shipment is processed. Once dispatched, you can track your parcel online at www.royalmail.com
